How do I take the two photos?
Set your bike on a trainer or have someone hold it steady, then have a friend photograph you from a true side view — camera at hip height, square to the bike, with your whole body and bike in frame.
Take one photo with the pedal at the bottom of the stroke (6 o'clock) and one with the crank arm level and forward (3 o'clock). Ride in your normal position with hands where you usually keep them.
What do the recommendations mean?
GoBikeFit compares your measured joint angles against ranges used in professional bike fitting. Each recommendation tells you which part to adjust (saddle, reach, or cleats), which direction, and roughly how much — in plain English, no jargon.
Make one change at a time, then re-take your photos to confirm the new position before adjusting anything else.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select GoBikeFit, and change or cancel your plan there. Canceling during the free trial means you won't be charged.
How do I restore a previous purchase?
If you've reinstalled the app or switched to a new iPhone, open GoBikeFit and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall screen. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com by signing in with your Apple ID and selecting the purchase.
